We sell your products to online shoppers, never below your price.

We are a retailer. We place purchase orders, pay for the goods, take delivery in the United States, and sell them to consumers through established U.S. online marketplaces.

You invoice us like any other retail account. There is no consignment, no commission, and no fee to you. Once we own the inventory, selling it is our job and our risk.

We are not a marketing agency, a broker, or a brand management service, and we do not ask for exclusivity.

Brands and manufacturers

We apply for a dealer or reseller account directly, sign your reseller agreement, and buy from your price list.

Authorized distributors

We buy from a brand's authorized distributors and follow the brand policies they pass on to us.

Multi-brand wholesalers

We buy the products in your catalog that come from the brand or its authorized channel, and we keep every invoice.

We only sell products we bought from the brand or its authorized supply chain. We do not buy closeouts of unknown origin, retail arbitrage lots, or gray-market goods.

1. You send your application or price list

   Use your own dealer form if you have one. If you don't, a price list and your terms are enough to start.

2. We return it with our documents

   You get the completed application, our resale certificate and W-9, and a signed copy of your MAP or reseller policy.

3. We place an opening order

   Our first order meets your opening minimum. Each purchase order carries the ship-to address.

4. We reorder as the product sells

   Reorders follow sell-through. You deal with one buyer the whole time, and you can ask at any point where your products are listed and at what price.
